About the Role: We are looking for an Executive Social Creative Director to lead the social-first creative vision in the India market. You will be responsible for guiding multidisciplinary teams across social, video, editing, creators, design, and production—delivering culturally relevant, platform-native content that builds brands, drives engagement, and scales viewbanks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative output across social-first campaigns, brand initiatives, and creator-led content.
  • Architect and implement social-first creative systems and workflows.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing creative culture focused on audience-first ideas, platform instincts, and retention-driven craft.
  • Translate client objectives into platform-native work—from fast social ads to multi-format campaigns.
  • Ensure all content performs with platform-native excellence across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube, Meta, and other channels.
  • Scale social-first ideas efficiently into multiple assets and formats.
  • Review and elevate edits, pacing, hooks, transitions, and retention strategies.
  • Mentor, build, and scale multidisciplinary creator teams.
  • Define skill trees, growth paths, performance expectations, and creative standards.
  • Foster collaboration across strategy, media, analytics, production, and client teams.
  • Lead senior client conversations with clarity, conviction, and platform literacy.
  • Use insights, analytics, and performance data to guide creative decisions.
  • Implement workflows balancing quality, speed, and volume.
  • Partner with production, media, and creator teams to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Explore and implement AI-driven workflows to boost efficiency and creative impact.


Qualifications

  • Deep mastery of social platforms, including hooks, retention, pacing, editing fundamentals, and feed mechanics.
  • Strong fluency in video and editing vocabulary; ability to evaluate and elevate content.
  • Proven experience leading hybrid creative teams at scale.
  • Understanding of creator ecosystems, UGC workflows, and talent-led storytelling.
  • Comfort with high-volume output and rapid iteration cycles.
  • Strong cultural intelligence and ability to build content that resonates locally and scales regionally.
  • Clear communicator with strong client leadership presence.
  • Ability to turn creative thinking into repeatable systems, not just one-off campaigns.


Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience across multiple markets or multinational brands.
  • Exposure to creative automation, AI workflows, or 3D/VFX pipelines.
  • Background spanning both brand storytelling and performance content.
  • Experience with multilingual or localized content.
  • Production or studio leadership experience.
