Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the software asset inventory and license database.
  • Assist in tracking software procurement, installation, renewals, and retirements.
  • Monitor software usage to ensure compliance with vendor licensing agreements.
  • Support internal audits and prepare data for external software audits.
  • Work with procurement and IT teams to process purchase requests for software.
  • Generate reports on software usage, compliance, and renewal timelines.
  • Help identify underutilized software to reduce unnecessary costs.
  • Maintain proper documentation of license agreements, purchase orders, and renewals.

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in IT Asset Management / Software Asset Management / IT Support (freshers with strong interest in SAM may apply).
  • Basic knowledge of software licensing concepts (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle .
  • Familiarity with Sharepoint, Excel, JIRA
  • Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
