Responsibilities
- Design and model end‑to‑end logistics, warehouse, and transport solutions.
- Analyze operational data and develop commercially viable proposals.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Finance, and customers to shape winning solutions.
- Present solution concepts and value propositions clearly to stakeholders.
- Support project implementation, ensuring smooth transition from design to execution.
- Apply Industrial Engineering methods to improve processes and productivity.
- Guide junior team members and coach Sales on solution concepts.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering), Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Minimum 1 year experience in supply chain analysis, warehouse operations, facility design, or costing/budget evaluation.
- Preferably 2 years’ experience in Logistics Solution Design within the logistics industry.
