We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary team in South Goa. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a passionate professional who thrives in a high-quality kitchen environment and is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
- Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency and high performance
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal menu updates
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Monitor inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth kitchen-to-table operations
- Step in to manage the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef
