**Executive Sous Chef**

Are you a strong culinary leader with a passion for excellence, consistency, and team development? We are looking for an **Executive Sous Chef** who will support the Executive Chef in leading kitchen operations, driving quality standards, and ensuring seamless culinary execution across all outlets and events.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:



+ Assisting the Executive Chef in managing overall kitchen operations across all outlets and banquets.

+ Leading day-to-day culinary operations in the absence of the Executive Chef.

+ Ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and taste in line with brand standards.

+ Managing kitchen brigades, including duty rosters, task allocation, and supervision.

+ Coaching, mentoring, and developing Sous Chefs, Chef de Parties, and junior culinary staff.
