Job Description

  • Provide Finacle 10 x L1 support on daily basis
  • Attend calls from branches / operations units & coordinate within the team for resolutions of issues in various finacle 10 x modules i.e. Retail Asset, Retail Liability, Operations, CRM, etc.
  • Attend calls related to finacle batch processes / EOD/BOD and resolving them..
  • Co-ordinate with L2 teams on escalated calls.
  • Co-ordinate with Bank’s FCG for seeking approval for backend update as & when required.
