- Install, configure, maintain & troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, load balancer, wireless AP, etc.
- Network Monitoring & ticketing tool
- Troubleshoot & problems solving
- Analyse network traffic to identify potential threats & vulnerabilities.
- Technical support to application support
- SOP documentation & preparation
- Configure & install new equipment in an organization’s network infrastructure.
- Maintain existing network services & network security policies.
- Implement & enforce acceptable user policies
- Monitor & control user access to network resources
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards & regulations
- Evaluate network designs & provide recommendations for improvement
- Develop & implement a comprehensive disaster recovery plan
