About the Role
:The incumbent is responsible for managing indirect procurement activities, vendor coordination, and timely sourcing of goods and services while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.
The incumbent will report to the Senior Manager - Procurement. The incumbent will have to work as part of the team and this involves collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders
Job Responsibilities:
Handle procurement for HR-related items including LSA & Retirement Awards, Welcome Kits, R&R Rewards, Rainwear, Uniforms, and Diwali Gifts.
Manage IT procurement, including Chromebooks, HP Printers, and Laptops.
Oversee renewal of MS Office licenses and server subscriptions.
Coordinate repair, maintenance, and small purchase requirements across departments.
Manage procurement for Lead Quarter Incentives and Technician Training needs.
Ensure timely support for all procurement requirements through effective negotiation and on-time product delivery.
Provide procurement support for the Marketing teamβs needs.
