Executive, Store Planning (Technical & Design)

Produce working drawings and specifications such as Construction/ technical Drawings for construction purposes.

Liaise and coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical & Civil Engineers, consultants, contractors, and related parties (for matters related to the system used for 7-Eleven premises).

Manage design development, shop drawings, and technical submissions.

Assist site supervisor during Site Marking to ensure proposed store layout can be implemented at the acquired site(s). To make good decisions in a fast-paced environment if any changes happen at site vs layout/design.

Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve design & technical discrepancies on/off site.

Resolve design and technical issues arising during project execution.

Investigate new design standards and specifications in relation to operational and budgetary needs.
