Executive Strategy

ROLE:
The Strategic Project Manager will partner with the CEO to drive critical projects and initiatives, coordinating with departments, stakeholders, and external partners as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and resolve key organizational challenges;

Plan, execute, and close strategic projects successfully;

Collaborate with C-level executives and department heads for strategic alignment;

Deliver data-driven insights to inform strategy;

Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources;

Contribute to organizational strategy and long-term planning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Business, Engineering, or similar; MBA preferred;

3+ years' relevant experience in project management, consultancy, or strategy;

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic skills;

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;

Leadership skills and experience in cross-functional environments.
