Overview

Planning Specialist role focussed on HR strategy, analytics, budgeting and stakeholder partnership within the MISC Group.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and consolidate manpower/performance reporting for MISC Group to provide insight and understanding of employees to support Group strategies, business growth and operational needs.
  • Research and analyze internal and external HR data in support of the HR Five‑Year Plan to ensure HR deliverables across the HR value chain align with MISC Berhad’s business strategy and agenda.
  • Prepare, monitor and analyze the manpower and HR G&A budget.

HR Research & Strategy

  • Conduct research and benchmarking studies on the latest HR trends and industry best practices as input for HR and Talent Strategies aligning to MISC Group’s business strategy and agenda.
