We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our senior team members with various tasks.

  • Diligent diary management, booking travel arrangements, and making medical appointments.
  • Arranging visas for international trips and planning events.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a family office or financial services environment. They must possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
