Role overview

We are seeking a high-calibre Executive Support Manager to work directly with the founder and central management team across an expanding multi-site hospitality restaurant group.

This is not a traditional PA role. It is an execution-focused operations position responsible for turning strategy into completed outputs across recruitment, admin, projects, and multi-site coordination.

You will operate at pace, with high accountability, and be expected to deliver finished work — not drafts.

• Executive support to founder and senior leadership
• Managing operational admin across multiple restaurant sites
