About the role
As an Executive Support Officer with North Coast Local Land Services you will;
- Provide a range of support, secretariat and administrative services to facilitate the delivery of business operations and to support the General Manager and Board
- Manage the General Manager’s diary appointments, records and correspondence, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule and support meetings to facilitate the effective management of their agenda
- You will be privy to confidential information, therefore maintaining confidentiality and having excellent ethics, governance understanding, and enforcement will be essential
- Maintain and update administrative practices, systems and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Assess and prioritise requests to facilitate the optimal use of the General Manager’s time
