Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide administrative and operational support. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle day-to-day executive tasks efficiently. This is an onsite, contract-based role for a duration of six months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
  • Handle calendar management, scheduling meetings, and reminders
  • Draft, review, and manage emails and basic documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
  • Manage employee travel arrangements including bookings, itineraries, and coordination
  • Maintain records, files, and confidential information
  • Assist in follow-ups, task tracking, and reporting
  • Support leadership with ad-hoc tasks assigned
