  • Ensure all users related support issues are addressed with the TAT norms. Providing full support on all kind of IT related issues, examples – issues related to email, printer, internet access, password, etc. and maintain track records for all of them.
  • Email administration.
  • Provide and set up laptops for new employees.
  • Asset & contract updation in support portal, endpoint security solutions and testings.
  • Technical support: Setting up VC and WebEx (e.g. business reviews, meetings etc.) for all other locations on time. Guest internet connections, trainings etc.
  • Taking backup of resigned users data and shared to the business upon request.
