Job Purpose
Manage and plan for the Technical Support. Liaise with all the retail technical team to resolve technical matters in the branches / dealers. Ensure dealers follow the aftersales technical guidelines and process developed by SDBA and BYD Principal. Resolve the critical technical issues from the dealers based on the technical report. Provide a high-quality technical report to the BYD Principal for addressing or enhancing unresolved technical issues. Job Content
