The Telecalling Sales Executive is responsible for reaching out to students and researchers, explaining PhD assistance services, and converting leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with students, researchers, and institutions.
- Explain services like proposal writing, thesis support, research paper help, etc.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable services.
- Maintain and update lead and client data properly.
- Work to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the business development and academic teams for smooth service delivery.
