Job Description

The Telecalling Sales Executive is responsible for reaching out to students and researchers, explaining PhD assistance services, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with students, researchers, and institutions.
  • Explain services like proposal writing, thesis support, research paper help, etc.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable services.
  • Maintain and update lead and client data properly.
  • Work to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the business development and academic teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Build a good relationship with clients and handle basic queries.
  • Share client feedback and support continuous improvement.
