We are seeking a Senior Service Engineer to oversee the execution of SLA programs and manage telecom projects.

• Advising clients on complex telecom systems with a focus on Sustainability
• Documenting project workflows to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Mentoring teams in best practices for safe work environments.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant technical expertise, particularly in handling complex telecom systems, as well as excellent leadership skills. A degree related to telecommunications is highly desirable.

• A Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Telecommunications or a related field;


• Strong knowledge of telecommunications networks and protocols;


• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing telecommunication services;
