Responsible for implementation of various human resource development plans for talent development & talent management.
Develop and implement the organizations diversity initiatives and strategy to attract, hire, and maintain a diverse workplace. with strong connect with the workforce.
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities (Max 5-6)
Design and deliver employee training programs individual, team, skill-based and management training)
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle of the of the plant & building a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources, effectively managing candidate relationships etc
