Executive Trainee - Human Resources

The Role

This is a purely TRAINEE position for QUALIFIED FRESHERS for a period of one year. However, the selected candidate is likely to be confirmed in service, at the sole discretion of the Management, on successful completion of the training period, based on existence of a suitable vacancy at the relevant time.

The position is based at South Chittoor, Ernakulam District and hence those staying within the commuting distance from the intended workplace only need apply. Possession of a two-wheeler and a relevant driving licence would be a plus.

The position carries an all-inclusive consolidated stipend between Rs. 12,000 and Rs. 15,000 per month during the training period. No benefits or perquisites pertaining to employees in the permanent rools of the Company would be applicable, except for any arising out of statutory stipulations.
