(Executive) Trainer

Position

This position is responsible for elevating the sales and service capabilities of retail teams by working collaboratively with boutiques and key stakeholders in the head office. It delivers comprehensive training programs in line with global guidance to enhance product knowledge, selling ceremony, and fashion styling, as well as to strengthen essential brand fundamentals.

Job responsibilities

  • Responsible for conducting in-store, hands-on training and coaching for retail teams, monitoring their performance, and ensuring training is effectively applied on the sales floor to meet brand standards.

  • Dedicated to product training, providing appropriate training and coaching based on accurate sales data in a timely manner.

  • Support the team across various formats such as in-person, virtual, and workshops.
