Overview
- Responsible for the Employees Training and Development activities
- Conducting employees training orientation programs
- To develop Training and Development Need Analysis through various sources
- To develop Annual Training Plan for the Company
- To collaborate with various parties (Finance, Hotel, Institute) on training registration, payment and accommodation
- To provide logistical support for training programs, meeting and event that requires scheduling, meeting space, equipment, visual aids and handout materials
- To track training efficiency through course evaluation form
- Updating and filing staff training record, attendance, certificate and other documents
- To keep track of overall training expenses and budget
- To submit application to HRDF and claims
- To organize Company’s events / outing or recreational activities
- To process work permit or visa if any
