Overview

  • Responsible for the Employees Training and Development activities
  • Conducting employees training orientation programs
  • To develop Training and Development Need Analysis through various sources
  • To develop Annual Training Plan for the Company
  • To collaborate with various parties (Finance, Hotel, Institute) on training registration, payment and accommodation
  • To provide logistical support for training programs, meeting and event that requires scheduling, meeting space, equipment, visual aids and handout materials
  • To track training efficiency through course evaluation form
  • Updating and filing staff training record, attendance, certificate and other documents
  • To keep track of overall training expenses and budget
  • To submit application to HRDF and claims
  • To organize Company’s events / outing or recreational activities
  • To process work permit or visa if any
