Knowledge of Press operation, Die setting , die removal.Knowledge of Sheet metal formability , simulation.Knowledge of Process planning, Able to read Drawing , Die layout.Knowledge of cross functions like CNC machining , Die assembly , Die manufacturing process.Ability to identify the defects in panel and able to rectify the same , in various operations.Need to have Welding skill, Grinding skill, Tryout skill.Need to have good on job skills , ability to work in all 3 shifts , Good physical fitness.Need to have communication skill , decision making skill, good team member.Awareness of TPM , ISO , 5S.Awareness of Inspection , checking fixture , CMM.Innovative , can build suggestions, out of box thinkingPreferred Industries
