Responsibilities

  • Financial operations support such as monthly invoicing, running reports, and calculating per-account margins using Sheets and Productive.io
  • Maintaining Google Drive file systems to keep documents structured and easy to access
  • Supporting project management as new systems are rolled out and helping the team adopt the tools
  • Managing email triage for the Visionary (CEO) and keeping communication organized
  • Documenting workflows and helping systematize operations with the Integrator
  • Taking on special projects tied to operations, finance, and internal improvements

Qualifications

  • Tech-savvy with strong communication and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Able to handle financial tasks, documentation, and cross-team coordination
  • Someone who thinks ahead and contributes ideas, not just follows instructions
