Responsibilities
- Financial operations support such as monthly invoicing, running reports, and calculating per-account margins using Sheets and Productive.io
- Maintaining Google Drive file systems to keep documents structured and easy to access
- Supporting project management as new systems are rolled out and helping the team adopt the tools
- Managing email triage for the Visionary (CEO) and keeping communication organized
- Documenting workflows and helping systematize operations with the Integrator
- Taking on special projects tied to operations, finance, and internal improvements
Qualifications
- Tech-savvy with strong communication and analytical skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Able to handle financial tasks, documentation, and cross-team coordination
