Sunway University is seeking a proactive Executive / Senior Executive to support the operations of laboratories across disciplines including Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronic, Civil, Computing, and IT within the Faculty of Engineering and Technology . The role involves technical support, safety compliance, and administrative coordination to ensure effective lab services for teaching and research.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact and provide administrative support for lab facilities.
• Manage daily lab operations and maintain the condition of equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop and update SOPs and ensure compliance with OHS and university safety policies.
• Support lab accreditations, equipment calibration, and servicing.
