About the Role
:
The Executive/Sr. Executive will be responsible for achieving collection targets, maintaining DSO & monitoring of invoice submission and new accountsThe incumbent will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.Job Responsibilities:
Manage the collection portfolio of the assigned branch and achieve collection targetsClosely monitor new accounts and drive collections during the first 3 months in coordination with the sales teamMonitor invoice submissions done by the operations teamResolve GST, billing, and other customer queries on timeEnsure strong follow-up with customers for collectionsMaintain Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) as per company policyIdentify reasons for non-payment and communicate issues for corrective actionVisit customers with outstanding dues over 120 daysConduct account ledger scrutiny and customer reconciliationsReview accounts weekly to reduce unapplied cashEnsure strict adherence to the company’s credit policyKey Result Areas:
