Exercise Design Team Lead

Client Solution Architects is looking to hire a Exercise Design Team Lead in the Schofield Barracks area. This person will supervise and execute the design, planning, preparation, execution, and recovery of training events from the company through the Combined Joint Task Force level. Provides subject matter expertise for the Maneuver, Fires, Protection, and Sustainment Warfighter functions. Analyzes and designs simulation-supported military exercises. Performs one or more of the following or related activities: 1. Analyzes unit training requirements and designs computer simulation exercises to accomplish them. 2. Analyze unit performance during computer simulation exercises. 3. Prepares exercise scenarios, war plans, and orders to support exercises. 4. Tests and evaluates computer simulation databases and ensures that simulations accurately portray military operations. 5.
