We are looking for a passionate and motivated Exercise Physiologist to join our dynamic community-based team caring for clients in the Wyong area. This role will support you to work to the top of your clinical scope, providing quality care across a variety of work settings and caseloads.

The day to day

• Delivering evidence-based clinical care in the community through a range of programs and funding streams including Home Care Package and Commonwealth Home Support Program
• Deliver and implement an active exercise-based approach to client's post-acute orthopedic surgery, experiencing the effects of aging or managing a chronic condition
• Working within a multidisciplinary team to get the best outcomes for your clients
