Role Overview
As a UIUX Designer, you will play a key role in uncovering user needs, shaping user journeys, and designing intuitive and delightful experiences — all while collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and users. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
Key Responsibilities
User Research: Conduct interviews, observations, and usability testing to uncover pain points and user insights.
UX Design: Translate insights into user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
UI Design: Craft intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging interfaces.
Workshop Facilitation: Lead design thinking sessions, problem-framing workshops, and ideation activities with public officers.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product managers, engineers, and officers to define problems, ideate solutions, and iterate rapidly...
