Experience Design Lead

As a highly skilled and experienced Experience Design Lead at Huge, you will drive the creative output across a range of innovative projects, with a specific focus on digital experiences, and will be the nerve center of our design process.

You will interact with interdisciplinary teams, to guide the team through research, strategy development, concepting, product definition, and design. Also, you will push the work through strong collaboration and challenge the team to think beyond the expected. This is a hands‑on role, where you will create designs, personas, sitemaps, and whatever is needed to effectively communicate the team's thinking.
