Experience Design Lead

Overview

You lead the end-to-end design strategy and execution for the Go Rewards digital experience. You build DAVI’s proprietary Design System, craft “wow”-level digital experiences from scratch, and translate product strategy into pixel-perfect execution. You act as the bridge between product vision and engineering, ensuring DAVI’s digital experience is a true competitive differentiator—independent of backend or vendor constraints.

Responsibilities – How will you do this?

1. Strategic & Architectural Leadership

• Own, build, document, and govern DAVI’s Design System, including components, typography, iconography, and interaction patterns, to ensure consistency and speed across all digital products.
• Translate complex coalition loyalty mechanics into intuitive, delightful user journeys, while actively challenging technical constraints to advocate for the best user experience.
