IBM’s global Experience Strategy & Design team is seeking an accomplished Experience Design Consultant (Associate Partner, Junior Partner, or Principal) to help clients imagine and deliver AI‑enabled experiences that drive exceptional user and business outcomes.
Based in Singapore and reporting to a regional Partner, this role is part of an elite global squad focused on generating pipeline and selling AI experience transformations, including IBM’s own client zero journey. Work is conducted remotely or onsite with clients.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong relationship‑building skills and deep experience orchestrating people, processes, and platforms.
