& SummaryA career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, updating timecards, managing calendars, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

As part of the Practice Executive team, you are expected to:

  • Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to Partners & Directors (P&D)

  • Acts as a liaison between the people they support and the rest of the functions in the firm. 

  • Can independently complete a variety of assigned tasks to meet set goals - tasks are performed under general supervision and/or established guidelines.
