Our clients are seeking an experienced Baler Driver to join our team in Wellsford, Northland. This is a permanent, full-time position with steady work for the right person.

About the Role
You'll be operating modern baling equipment during the season and assisting with general agricultural work as required. This role suits someone who takes pride in their machinery, works well independently, and understands the demands of contracting and seasonal workloads.

Key Responsibilities

Operating round and/or square balers efficiently and safely

Daily machinery checks and basic maintenance

Working alongside other drivers and farm staff

Maintaining high standards of work and presentation

Following health and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a baler driver (essential)

Confident machinery operator with good mechanical awareness

Reliable, motivated, and able to work long hours during peak season

Full NZ driver's licence (Class 2 an advantage)

Ability to work well in a team and independently
