About You:

You will work closely with the Food and Beverage Management Team to curate menus specialising in fine beverages and unique cocktails.

Create memorable experiences for our guests by getting to know their needs and providing exceptional service.

Together with the Restaurant Manager, ensure that the appropriate hygiene, brand standards and cost control measures are in place.
