- Engage with existing clients to provide support, updates, and information on our services.
- Build rapport and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-up calls.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling messaging and campaigns.
- Reach out to prospective clients to introduce our offerings and address inquiries.
- Provide comprehensive information and guidance regarding immigration services offered by our company.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and services provided.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client outreach and retention.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, regulations, and industry trends to better serve clients.
- Utilize social media platforms effectively to engage with clients, share updates, and promote services.
**Requirements**:
- Bilingual - English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Law, International Relations, etc.).
- Previous experience in sales or business development.
- Proven experience in client services, preferably in the field of immigration law or services.
- Strong understanding of US immigration
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
