Experienced Board Repair Technician

The Repair Technician should have expertise in instrumentation and hold an NC2 board repair certification. Their primary function is to repair critical boards from assembly through final testing to ensure sufficient board availability and minimize prolonged downtime.

Repair and troubleshoot defective boards for ETS88, Power Support systems, Plating Boards, and Package Saw Motherboards.

Perform root cause analysis on board failures and implement corrective actions.

Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce unexpected downtime and maintain repair history documentation.

Test and validate repaired boards to ensure functionality and compliance with quality standards.

Respond promptly to board-related issues across assembly and final test areas to minimize production delays.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
