Job Description
Blue Ribbon Millwork is hiring an experienced Cabinet Maker who can handle overall cabinet shop production. CNC and edgebander experience is required, and you must also be capable across the rest of the shop work (assembly, sanding, hardware, etc.). We need someone who can step in immediately and work with speed and quality.
Pay: $22–$30/hour (based on experience)
Start: Immediate
Must-Have Requirements:
2+ years experience in a cabinet shop
Strong experience with CNC + edgebander
Able to handle cabinet shop work from cutting through assembly and finishing prep
Read and follow shop drawings/specs accurately
English communication (spoken/written)
Reliable, punctual, and consistent quality under deadlines
Typical Duties:
CNC operation + part processing
Edgebanding and quality control on edges
Cabinet assembly and installation of hardware
Sanding, prep, and general shop support where needed
