Experienced Cafe Manager

Meubles Cafe is a bright, busy, bustling cafe with a large clientele for breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the day. We pride ourselves on the excellent food created by our kitchen team and we are currently recruiting for a Cafe Manager to lead the operation who shares our passion for food!

Reporting to the Store Manager you will be responsible for ;

• Running the daily operations of a fast paced cafe including the management and development of the team
• Working closely with the chefs to understand our current food offering and develop opportunities for enhanced seasonal, homemade and signature take away products
• Constantly striving to develop the cafe and improve the offering
• Preparing team rotas weekly to optimise counter staffing
• Developing strategies to reach targets
• Ensuring all process paperwork is adhered to and available for audit
