Our Client is on a lookout for a passionate and reliable Chef to join their tight-knit team at a well-loved café in Robertson NSW. Robertson is a picturesque town in Wingecarribee Shire part of the Southern Highlands of New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare high-quality meals aligned with our café-style menu
  • Manage food prep portion control and presentation standards
  • Monitor stock order supplies and minimise food wastage
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance (HACCP)
  • Collaborate with café management on menus and specials
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff where required
