We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in delivering a 1:1, 24/7 support package in Luton City Centre.

This role involves providing person-centred support to an individual with autism who benefits from structure, routine, and careful planning. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the individual to re-engage with the community and maintain a high quality of life through consistent, tailored care.
