FINANCIAL PACKAGE Weekly Pay: Full-time drivers can earn between $922.36 - $1,719.60 per week Annual Pay: Earnings range from $47,944.00 to $89,388.00 per year Compensation varies based on experience, routes, attendance, and service length. The full pay package includes job-related compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay as appropriate. Mileage pay combined with accessorial pay can boost your earnings! Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.51 - $0.79 per mile, based on experience. We also offer a $1,800 Transition Package to help you adjust to your new role, with $1,000 for orientation in the first two weeks. HOME TIME Home Time: Weekends at home Home time may vary based on division. This opportunity falls under Division 272. PET POLICY GUEST RIDER POLICY We do not allow pets, but we welcome riders aged 7 and up after 90 days of safe driving.
