seeking a skilled freelance developer to assist with ongoing work on the project, an actuarial assumption management platform. This is a hybrid full-stack role involving backend Python API enhancements, SQL database migrations, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and some frontend integration. The project is in the productionizing phase, focusing on reliability, scaling, and governance for multi-user bulk file processing.
productionize a FastAPI Python API that ingests files from NAS shares, performs hashing/validation/ACL checks, triggers Azure Synapse pipelines for publishing to SQL tables, and logs to App Insights.
Migrate from on-prem Windows setup (NSSM, PowerShell deploys) to Azure (App Service/Containers + Hybrid Connections).
