Role Summary
We are seeking a Trader to build, manage, and scale a proprietary trading book across FX and Digital Assets, with optional exposure to equities and derivatives.
The role blends discretionary decision-making (fundamentals, macro, flows) with systematic and quantitative frameworks (signals, models, back-testing). The trader will operate with high autonomy while maintaining strong risk discipline and performance accountability.

• Manage a live proprietary trading book within defined risk and mandate parameters
• Design and execute discretionary trades based on fundamentals, macro themes, and market structure
