Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Strategist to lead our HR operations in Dubai, UAE.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management across multiple entities. They will develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures in line with UAE Labor Law and best practices. Additionally, they will manage performance management systems, employee engagement initiatives, talent development programs, disciplinary matters compensation administration benefits packages preparation of regular reports strategic support to the management team as needed.
