Window World, America’s largest exterior home improvement company, is seeking experienced and professional individuals or crews for siding installation in the Youngstown area.



We offer weekly pay, steady year-round work, and an organized warehouse to make product and accessory pickup fast and efficient—so you can stay productive and complete more jobs.




Qualifications:




  • Ability to work independently



  • Ownership of a reliable truck, trailer, brake, and all tools required to complete every phase of siding installation



  • Current insurance, workers’ compensation coverage, and all licensing/credentials needed for siding work in your area



  • Lead certification, EPA Firm certification, and full compliance with RRP regulations



  • Knowledge and skills necessary for the removal and installation of windows and doors



  • Strong communication and customer service abilities



  • Proven problem-solving, time-management skills, and persistence



  • Commitment to quality craftsmanship and excellence in finished work
