Experienced Lawyer (Commercial Litigation)

We are seeking an experienced Lawyer to join our team on a 6-12 month contract, with a primary focus on Commercial Litigation, and exposure to Criminal Law and Family Law matters.

Role details:

• Location: Homebush, NSW

About the role:
• Running and assisting on commercial litigation matters, including disputes, debt recovery, and court appearances
• Handling criminal law matters
• Assisting with family law matters (basic experience required)
• Drafting pleadings, affidavits, and court documents
• Liaising with clients, counsel, and courts
• Managing files with autonomy and professionalism

About you:
• Admitted to practice in NSW
• Strong experience in Commercial Litigation (essential)
• Experience in Criminal Law
• Basic experience in Family Law
