Experienced Machine Operator (Multi Skilled)

Earthtech Contracting Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced, multi-skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a casual role that offers flexible work opportunities to the right candidate. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a variety of machines and equipment to support our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Safely operating and maintaining a range of construction equipment such as posi-tracks, loaders, excavators and Moxy/Trucks
  • Assisting with the set-up and operation of various job sites and construction activities
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues and performing basic maintenance and repairs
  • Following all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with the wider construction team to ensure project deadlines are met

What we're looking for

  • Decent experience operating a variety of construction machinery and equipment
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience operating construction machinery is required
  • Desired Posi/bobcat experience in performing detailed earthworks
  • Proven ability to work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant construction industry certifications and licenses (e.g., High‑Risk Work License)
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
  • Available to work Perth and Regional subject to work availability
  • C Class License Minimum (HR desirable) — Upskilling available to the right applicant
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
