Experienced Male Support Worker - Immediate Start

Right at Home North (South Morang) is looking for a male personal care worker (PCW) for immediate start.

Must be happy to travel with own car.

You will be providing care for clients' individual needs in the comfort of their own home. Your tasks will be guided by registered nurses in the client care plan.

Your Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  2. Assisting clients with meal preparation
  3. Providing companionship and emotional support
  4. Driving clients to appointments and social activities
  5. Monitoring and reporting changes in client's health or wellbeing and promptly informing the RN
  6. Accurately documenting services provided into the visual care app
